My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Spaghetti

"We made this last night and it was AWESOME!!!! My husband cringed when I told him what we were having but when he tasted it, he quickly had a change of heart. It only calls for 2 1/2 cups of grated cheese but we love cheese so I used 4 cups (2 in the actual recipe and 2 on top). This recipe is definitely a keeper! "

Reviewed Good Morning Muffins

"I made these yesterday and I was disappointed. I really did not care for the topping. Next time I will drizzle a cream cheese icing I use for cinnamon rolls over it and see if that helps."

About Me

I am a wife, mother of two and Nana to two precious grandbabies, Rylee and Brayden.

I am 45 years young. I may be 45 but I feel 30 and look 35. I am very active and wok out 3 - 4 times a week.

I have been a paralegal for 23 years. I work for a small law firm and I love my job. I am very blessed to work for two wonderful guys! We are very close in age (they are 45 and 49) and they are more like brothers to me than employers.

I am also very blessed to work with my best friend, Betty. Not only do I see her Monday - Friday but we also enjoy getting together on the weekends for shopping, wine tasting, lunch and margaritas or just girls beach trips. Sometimes we will even let our husbands join us for our weekend adventures. Luckily, they have a lot in common and get along great.

I love to cook. I am notorious for putting my own "spin" on recipes. I enjoy baking the most and use my husband, kids, office family and husband's employees as guinea pigs. They can be brutally honest!
