"The recipe is absolutely delicious, but be aware that the instructions above differ from the video instructions. In the video Rachael puts an entire stick of butter in the pan- not 4 tablespoons. She also pours in 2 cups of chicken stock- much more than what the instructions imply. By following the video instructions you can actually make muffins that stick together. By following the recipe it is too dry to stick together as a muffin.
