Reviewed My Grandma's Braised Cabbage

Easy and delicious! A perfect pairing with the rouladin from the episode and my own mashed potatoes. I really loved the apple cider vinegar flavor! My husband had misgivings about the purple stuff of the plate, but really enjoyed the flavors of the meal.

My family found it a little challenging to keep the lettuce from fallling apart and getting really messy... but the flavor was worth the messy hands!"

I was making this for a bake sale and used an 8-mini-loaf pan and baked them for about 18-19 minutes and they came out perfect! I have to admit, I was a bit lazy... I just mashed all the bananas and put them in at the start. They turned out quite yummy and were a big seller!"

I didn't use the waffle portion of the recipe, but the chicken was amazing and the spicy maple butter was a delicious dipping sauce!"
