"I must say I always find Ina's recipes to be successful. This gratin is a staple for my menu now. I especially love to serve it with steak, pork chops. I like making individual gratins, they have a better crust and I love the presentation. I usually add a few more bread crumbs just because I like that extra crunch!""
Reviewed Sweet Potatoes and Brie Flatbread
"Came out a little one note so made a couple changes to make it more flavorful. I added a tsp or so of brown sugar to sweet potatoes because they weren't sweet enough. I also substituted sage for rosemary, goes perfect with sweet potatoes. I might caramelize my onions first next time. Love this idea though! ""
