I tried this for the 4th - I didn't have the little pieces of brisket, so I couldn't enjoy the full flavor. Also didn't have Bobby's bbq sauce - maybe the one I used was too sweet? Great flavor, enjoyable, but a little too sweet... go easy on the sugar! "
