Reviewed Sweet Tea-Brined Fried Chicken on a "Biscone"

"Delicious! There are some errors on the execution portion of this recipe. The corrections are common sense, but I just wanted to write the out. When Paula made this on her show, she 1 1 combined the cornstarch and house seasoning with the flour
2 she put the chicken in the buttermilk mixture first, then the flour mixture then to the fryer.

Reviewed Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

"Delicious and easy. I made this recipe using toasted walnuts instead of pistachios and it came out great. I added 2TBS butter while the chocolate was melting and it blended in fine and made the fudge glossy. I shared the fudge with neighbors, and they really enjoyed it. It was simple and fast. I will definitely make again

Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

"This has been our Christmas dinner for the past 3 years. My family loves it. This year I will be having guests and I have ordered an 8lb roast, does anyone know if I will have to increase the cooking time? Thank you.

Reviewed Pina Colada Sorbet

"This was an easy, yummy recipe. I omitted the rum, so the kiddos could have some. The recipe was still delicious. It was firm right out of the freezer, I just let it sit counter top for 5 minutes and it was soft enough to scoop. We will definitely make again.

Reviewed Chocolate and Cheese Danish

"This was so easy and tasty. My kids loved it. I would highly recommend it to those who love chocolate croissants, but don't have a good bakery near them.
