Reviewed Black Bean Brownies
"Using the black bean puree in a brownie recipe was creative and brilliant. They are really good. And Melissa was right. I won't be making the other recipe ever again. That's how good these are. I made three adjustments. I used one egg and one egg white instead of 2 eggs. I also used 1/2 cup agave syrup in place of the 3/4 c sugar. And used wheat flour in place of white flour. Great flavor and texture. Very indulgent without guilt. Thanks Melissa!!"
