No kidding, the best fish batter ever. I did everything the way that the recipe suggested. I used flounder, because that's what I had in my freezer, but I think it could really work with anything, but it might be better if it was a thinner fillet.
Definitely use your fingers to get the excess batter off of the fish before dredging. And make ...
