This looks really amazing! I am anxious to try it. But I'm disappointed that Jeff didn't offer any substitution ideas for the burrata cheese. From what I was able to discover, burrata is a very "short lived" cheese and not likely to be found in a typical grocery store. I think that I'm going to try using Mascarpone in place of the burrata.
