This was a quick and easy weekday chicken dish. I followed the recipe as written however at the end after adding the vinegar I lowered the heat and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for about 20 minutes. Very tender. Served this to my mother and husband. Both were impressed. I would definitely make this again."

This was good but not great. A little too salty. I used lemon juice instead of lime juice (did not have any lime juice on hand). I would make this again but not season the fish before pan frying. Also I would probably use less oil and maybe a little more ginger. Husband enjoyed it but stated too salty."

These are very good. This is the third time I've made them. The first time I grilled them, second time I put them in a fry pan and the third time on the grill pan. The fry pan was the best! Great soup! I used ground lamb instead of beef. The smell in the house while cooking the soup was sensational. Husband thought it was great, ate some the next day. Made homemade croutons from French bread to sprinkle on top.
