It turned out great!!! My whole family loved it. It does make quite a LOT. We also served it over grits - very good -it is a keeper. I could not find shrimp stock and did not have time to make it so I used chicken stock and it was fine."

They turned out pretty good, but I was not expecting the batter to be so thick. Also the glaze seemed very thick. I think you could get by with about half of the glaze recipe. I decided to make some in my Madeline pan and they turned out just great. Over all a pretty messy experience. The price for yummy sometimes."
