Favorite Foods
Our favorite restaurants by far are Babbo (Mario Batali's in NYC), Emerils at Universal, Bar Americain (Bobby Flay's in NYC) and Old Ebbit's Grill in Washington DC.
My 'famous' dish to cook is two-fold.. Beef Wellington and also Macadamia encrusted chicken breasts with blueberry/peach preserves.
