“This is a REALLY GOOD recipe. I used orzo pasta. My only recommendation would be to add the dressing in small amounts. I added the whole dressing and mixed it and found it too vinegary and salty. Had I added only half of the dressing, stirred it in, and then added more dressing to taste, I would have given 5 stars.

“To jessb253, I think the beauty is that the brie is inside the puff pastry, so you don't need a cracker? Not sure! We'll see how she eats it and I'll take note!
In general though, I always like a multi grain or a a simple water cracker, something crispy and light to go with the heavy and creamy brie!

Just wanted to say that she is on Iron Chef often! She is Mario Batali's Sou Chef :) I love her. Loved the "Worst Cook" show. My roomie and I would watch and just laugh at the crazy antics of the show.
I will say, about this recipe, all the cream cheese and butter! wow! Very not-waste-line...”
