"This is a REALLY GOOD recipe. I used orzo pasta. My only recommendation would be to add the dressing in small amounts. I added the whole dressing and mixed it and found it too vinegary and salty. Had I added only half of the dressing, stirred it in, and then added more dressing to taste, I would have given 5 stars.

"To jessb253, I think the beauty is that the brie is inside the puff pastry, so you don't need a cracker? Not sure! We'll see how she eats it and I'll take note!

In general though, I always like a multi grain or a a simple water cracker, something crispy and light to go with the heavy and creamy brie!

Did anyone find this to be a lot of cheese!??! That's one huge wheel!

Just wanted to say that she is on Iron Chef often! She is Mario Batali's Sou Chef :) I love her. Loved the "Worst Cook" show. My roomie and I would watch and just laugh at the crazy antics of the show.

I will say, about this recipe, all the cream cheese and butter! wow! Very not-waste-line friendly, but soo good!
