I wasn't overly thrilled with this. It wasn't bad, but plain old cornbread would have been better. I used extra sharp cheddar, but didn't taste the cheese. It was too rich. I I followed the recipe as written.

These were amazing! I used hot Italian sausage, and my family loved them. The recipe does make too much stuffing, so I refrigerated the leftover stuffing. The next morning, I warmed the stuffing in a non-stick pan and then scrambled some eggs into it. Yum!
