I followed the filling recipe exactly and used Bon Maman blueberry preserves. The filling was way too sweet and very runny. The flour for the filling was not enough to thicken the pie and it was a blueberry soup. Sorry but would not recommend this one as it is now. I would reduce the amount of sugar, skip the blueberry preserves and use minute tap"

These cupcakes were delicous! I was skeptical about the high initial start temp and the lenght of time to cook the cupcakes but they turned out perfectly. I would definitely make these again. They were crowd pleasers. I took them to my anatomy and physiology class today and they were all gobbled up."

Winner winner pot roast dinner. I had my reservations about raisins and green olives with pot roast but trust Alton Brown, the food scientist. This is food chemistry that works and makes a very tasty Sunday pot roast dinner. I may just make it every Sunday for now on. Delicious!
