Reviewed Crispy Kale "Chips"

I put the pieces in a clean plastic grocery drizzled with 1 T olive oil (I had about 8 stems of kale) then shook the bag to coat. (I also tossed a bit with my hands to make sure everything was well-coated. I used Phillips seafood seasoning instead of plain salt. Followed the rack in the tray tip and they came out great!"

This is YUMMY! I used only 1 squash and halved all the other ingredients, and it turned out great. I served it with polenta for a very filling meal."
