“I put the pieces in a clean plastic grocery drizzled with 1 T olive oil (I had about 8 stems of kale) then shook the bag to coat. (I also tossed a bit with my hands to make sure everything was well-coated. I used Phillips seafood seasoning instead of plain salt. Followed the rack in the tray tip and they came out great!"”
