Reviewed Grilled Skirt Steak with Green and Smokey Red Chimichurri

I got a late start, so I used prime filet steaks. I marinated in the green chimichurri for 2 hours, them grilled to rare on the gas grill, and tented for close to 10 minutes. I served with Bobby Flay's cilantro pesto whipped potatoes. Outstanding!!! I am excited to try this with the skirt steak grilled on my Big Green Egg."
