"One word to describe this - AMAZING!! The fig, brie and Pancetta is the right mixture of salty, sweet and savory. The hazelnuts add a great texture. Definitely a gotta try recipe, totally worth it and doesn't take long. The fig spread can also be used for toast and as a spread to serve with cheese for appys before dinner.
