Reviewed Open Wide! Tur-Chicken Club Burgers
"I have made these often as my family loves them. I do make smaller patties though as they big ones were too much for me. I used bottled Hidden Valley Ranch instead of making my own. I fry on a grill pan instead of a frying pan. Yummy! Thanks Rachel!"
Reviewed Spicy Pop Pulled Pork
"I made this last summer with my nephews and they got a kick out of pouring Dr. Pepper over the meat. I used a 3-4 lb. pork shoulder and used 1 can of pop and a small can of chipotle peppers. I used a crock pot and cooked on low until the meat fell apart. To take down the liquid I took off the lid for an hour before serving. We used it for "burri"
Reviewed Rice Pilaf with Chorizo Casserole
"I didn't use the cheese as it was not in the recipe. However, we loved it as is. Delish!"
Reviewed Easy Shrimp Potstickers
"Soooo good! Pretty easy to make. A little time consuming putting in wrappers but the technique from the show was spot on and wrapping egg rolls and wontons just does take time. Having said that, these are worth it! Thanks Sunny, these are yummy!"
Reviewed Pork-Fried Dirty Rice
"This recipe is the bomb! My family loves it and I get requests all the time to make it. I like to show off a little while skillfully preparing this in the wok. So easy to make. Thanks Sunny."
Reviewed Potato and Poblano Gratin
"Loved this recipe! New twist on an old favorite and my family requests this dish often. I made it as is but I did check the potatoes with a fork to check for tenderness and cooked a little longer. Having said that, I did not cook them until they were overly soft. I think you would get mush. I used the slicing side of my grater to get thin slices. "
