"This dish was so wonderful!! The thyme bundle added so much flavor that I removed it half-way through the cooking time so as not to overpower the stew. My family (kids 6yrs & 8yrs included Asked for thirds! I'll definitely make it again, but not too often as it's very time consuming. Yummy!!!"
