Reviewed Carrot and Pineapple Cake

Wonderful!!!! This cake was the perfect texture. It was moist, but did not taste super "oily". I only baked it for 50 minutes based on the other reviews, and it came out perfectly. I used golden raisins, and added 3/4 cup of pineapple instead of 1/2 cup. Although I liked the frosting, it was a bit on the heavy side--because the cake itself is so h"
