I used Lawry';s Season Salt, so I didn';t use paprika. I fried it in olive oil. Made my own gravy from the drippings with flour, milk, salt and pepper. Really good!"

I cooked this pork roast in the crock-pot. I used sliced red, yellow and green peppers. I used Tapatio brand hot sauce. It was very good and I will most definitely make it again!

I grilled my flank steak on a George Foreman grill for 8-10 minutes on Max, and it was perfect! This dish was easy to make and when I sliced the meat and spooned the sauce over it, it looked picture perfect.
It was very good, but I think I will dilute the balsamic vinegar just a bit next time. It was just a touch too strong for our taste....
