Reviewed Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

"I'm always looking for a new way to cook chicken and we all love rice at my house so I thought this might bring a new twist to the more bland chicken and rice bake but I was wrong. It tasted more like cafeteria food and no one liked it. I'm a very good cook so I don't think it was me. This recipe has potential to be good for picky, young eaters but I wouldn't recommend it for a table of adults looking for flavor!

About Me

I began "cooking" with my Grandmother--a true Southern Belle--at the age of 4.  I gathered techniques, recipes and other lessons about food from my friends, family and Southern roots.  I currently reside in Wilmington, NC and I still pride myself as a Southern Belle; however, over the years I've made it a point to learn the diversity of food and cooking in as many cultures as possible.  I've learned that it is the one thing that unites people all over the world.   Cooking is a unique art of that allows me to showcase my talents, learn from my mistakes and share a piece of who I am with those I love. I am more of a "baker" than a chef but thanks to the Food Network I'm still learning.
