I'm not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about (fish? steak?) but this is the best Panzanella salad I've ever made. This was wonderful. I added chorizo, chicken stock, a little bit of white wine some crushed red pepper flakes. Also added fresh mussels. It came out great, was quick and easy for a weeknight dinner. Will definitely make this again.

After preparing this, Geoffrey mentioned how good the lemon was in it, but he didn't lemon in his recipe, he used sherry vinegar. I'm thinking lemon would be more classic. Otherwise, the recipe looks great and I'm looking forward to trying it."
