Great carrots! Even got my "don't cook my vegetables" kid to eat them! I used the whole baby carrots (like in the picture not the packaged fat baby ones as in the video) so they were very pretty to look at as well as very tasty. I bet they'd be great cold too but 2 lbs were eaten by 4 adults and 3 kids so I'll just have to try them again!""

Reviewed Four-Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

Very good potatoes! The flavors mixed nicely. No comte or raclette cut at the cheese monger's stand in the local grocery so I substituted gruyere and used the rest as recipe calls for. A cast iron skillet would have been perfect but my trusty Anolon stand-by did the job just fine in the oven. Will definitely make again! Next time may steep thyme...
