These were wonderful! I made a few changes: I added several cloves of chopped fresh garlic to the marinade and upped the lime juice (juice of 2 large limes). I made this tonight and didn't have frozen artichokes so I used 1 can of drained artichokes. I used a whole can of low sodium chicken broth, also. Made last night for 4 picky children. Got rave reviews. I followed the recipe to a tee except cut back a little on the oil/butter. We had 8 chicken breast halves and the sauce was perfect for that amount. Made with spinach salad and Rachel Ray's cheesy Orzo with a lot of ground pepper. Yum!""
