My Activity

Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

"Easy, quick, and good. If you're a food snob, probably wouldn't be your favorite, but it is a casserole. Nice switch up for Thanksgiving or a potluck.

Reviewed Grandma Hiers' Carrot Cake

"Best carrot cake hands down! I've made this 309403 times (ok, I'm exaggerating, but a LOT) and have never ran into any problems. I've also made them in cupcakes as well. Always a hit with everyone. A keeper for sure!

Reviewed Rack of Lamb with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Shallot Vinaigrette

"This recipe was very easy and flavorful! Made this for Valentine's day and my boyfriend loved it. The shallot viniagrette on top made the dish! Did not have any juices leftover from the lamb, but it was delicious nonetheless.

As per other reviews, I purchased the lamb at Wegmans and it was prepackaged and trimmed of all fat. If you're not familiar with cooking lamb I would suggest you research online. I personally have only cooked lamb one other time and didn't have any issues, but I also educated myself through sources on the internet. A thermometer is a MUST when cooking meat otherwise you can easily undercook or overcook, which would ruin this perfect dish.

Would highly recommend everyone to try!

Reviewed Seared Diver Scallops with Garlic, Bacon Wilted Arugula and Lima Bean Puree

"I hate lima beans, but the puree was delicious! It complimented the dish so well. Loved the saltiness from the bacon that paired well with the arugula and scallops. A def MUST try!
