"Every year, I make a special dinner for my husband's birthday. I usually select one of Ina's recipes because the results are always great.
This recipe is no exception - it was fantastic! I noticed that some others were not satisfied with the results and I think the key is to follow the recipe exactly as stated - so you build layers of flavor.
Also I believe browning the chicken well and using a Dutch oven are key to this recipe. We really enjoyed it and I would definitely make it again. Thanks, Ina, for another GREAT recipe!
