Reviewed Turkey and Spinach Taquitos

These were great! I agree that the way she suggests warming the tortillas makes them soggy so I may change the way I do that next time. Overall they were a hit and I will definitely be making them again!"

Reviewed Short Rib Lasagna Rolls

While this recipe is time consuming...it sure is yummy! I used 1.5 lbs of boneless short ribs and cooked them for 1 hr 45 min which was perfect. I also only had enough filling for 9 rolls (instead of the 12 it says). Both my husband and I loved the rolls and are excited to make them again for friends and family. Great recipe Giada!""

Great cookies and easy to make. I only gave it a 4 compared to a 5 because I am not that big a fan of jam.""

I am usually not a fan of Jam, but Giada made this look so good I had to try. It has an interesting flavor, but don't think I would probably make again.""

Reviewed Tarragon and Merlot Truffles

Being a chocolate truffle fan I was excited to try. I think they are o.k. They are very rich. You will definitely want to use a melon scoop. I didn't have one so I used my hands and that gets messy quick!""

Reviewed Lavender and Lemon Cookies

Aug 11, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I could not find Almond flour at my regular grocery store, but did find almond meal at another store. I used that and it seemed to work fine. I wasn't sure how the cookies would taste, but I am actually pleasantly surprised with the flavor. I even used my own dried lavender!""
