So easy, so good! Even the other half, who normally shuns seafood as "not filling enough", loved it! AND, a few weeks later, he ASKED to have it for dinner!

I added more cayenne than called for (we're spicy food nuts), and I used basil instead of parsley, too.

I loved this the first time I made it. Instead of halving the mushroom caps, I just doubled the amount to make it heartier. My boyfriend, who is wary of all things vegetarian having grown up in an Irish Catholic "meat and potatoes" household, loved it too! I use my own spicy marinara sauce to give it a little kick, too.""

This was great! I chose not to use the tomatoes, and I added red pepper flakes when I added the garlic for some heat and depth of flavor. I think next time I'll include half of the garlic in the meat marinade as well and maybe add some red bell peppers for an extra veggie.""
