"this was such a labor of love... it took some work but my son ,who doesn't eat onions, was eating the onion rings as fast as I could take them out.. score one for Mom.. then when they saw the finished burger they took a picture of it, score two for Mom, then when they ate it....I was asked to make it "Tomorrow too". Score three for Mom.... Amazing"

"I made this roast in my oven, a tip that I got from another review. She said she roasted it for 10 hours @ 250. I checked mine and it was done in 7 hours. I am a huge fanatic about cooking and anything to do with food :) I currently own about 350 cookbooks and I can't stop collecting them.... Each time I see a new one on the supermarket shelf...I gotta have it !! I am enjoying the new vietnamese restaurant I've just found in our town so my tastes have been leaning that direction.
