"this was such a labor of love... it took some work but my son ,who doesn't eat onions, was eating the onion rings as fast as I could take them out.. score one for Mom.. then when they saw the finished burger they took a picture of it, score two for Mom, then when they ate it....I was asked to make it "Tomorrow too". I am a huge fanatic about cooking and anything to do with food :) I currently own about 350 cookbooks and I can't stop collecting them.... Each time I see a new one on the supermarket shelf...I gotta have it !! I am enjoying the new vietnamese restaurant I've just found in our town so my tastes have been leaning that direction.
