this was such a labor of love... it took some work but my son ,who doesn't eat onions, was eating the onion rings as fast as I could take them out.. score one for Mom.. then when they saw the finished burger they took a picture of it, score two for Mom, then when they ate it....I was asked to make it "Tomorrow too". Score three for Mom.... Amazing"

I made this roast in my oven, a tip that I got from another review. She said she roasted it for 10 hours @ 250. I checked mine and it was done in 7 hours.
