"I'm pretty disappointed. I read the reviews on this recipe, and still decided to give it a shot. I put the chicken on the bottom of the cooker, did plenty of research on peeling the acorn squash (save yourself some time and use a very sharp knife - there's no way a veggie peeler will do that job!)
