Made with chicken, the flavor from the marinade was underwhelming and a tad too citrus-y. Peppers were fine, but they're always good saut�ed. I think there are better fajita recipes out there, will not make again.

Solid recipe, easy to make. To save myself some time, I used bottled verde salsa as others had mentioned, though I adjusted it a little for taste - blended with some salt, lime, sugar and bit of cilantro. Came together easily, served with refried beans and some guac. Easy, tasty, good weeknight rotation recipe.

Delicious! Saw this on the show the other day and decided to make it. We don't have a grill (no outdoor space) so I decided to roast the potatoes instead. Roasted them for awhile, got a good crunch on the edges. I didn't add the sauce until after when they were warm. So tasty, excellent flavor. I would definitely add the herbs - I only had some tarragon...

Excellent flavor, pretty easy soup. Made it exactly as outlined, only change I made was adding two diced chipotle peppers I had in the fridge for a little kick.
