Don't give recipes one star b/c you cannot print it. It is unfair to the chef and you are giving a bad review based on something that has nothing to do with the actual recipe.

While the roast process was great I felt the actual bird lacked flavor. It was juicy but not flavorful enough. I tried the barefoot contessa herb butter turkey and thought the flavor was much better than this recipe. It is also much easier to prepare and just as juicy. I recommend you try that recipe first before claiming this is the best turkey...

I normally love Giada recipes but this one is a complete fail. Don't bother with it! Followed recipe exactly and as many others commented once I tried frying, they fell apart and disintegrated. She makes it look so easy on the show but it is not easy. I am an avid baker and never had difficulty and bad result like I did with this.
