Reviewed Perfect Roast Turkey
"A nice simple recipe. I wouldn't use a roasting rack, I lost too much of the juices. However, a good bit of chicken stock in the pan helped out. I was able to make a nice dark gravy from the drippings and burnt bits, though. "
Reviewed Sauteed Cabbage
"This was great. Dead simple and surprisingly delicious. I sauteed a thinly sliced onion in the butter, but otherwise all the same. Served with a sauteed pork chop and homemade applesauce. "

I put about 3/4 cup of sauce on the bottom of the dish, rolled up 3 TBSP of meat and cheese and some more sauce in each tortilla, covered with the rest of the sauce and cheese, baked 20 minutes!
