Reviewed Perfect Roast Turkey
"A nice simple recipe. I wouldn't use a roasting rack, I lost too much of the juices. However, a good bit of chicken stock in the pan helped out. I was able to make a nice dark gravy from the drippings and burnt bits, though. "
Reviewed Sauteed Cabbage
"This was great. Dead simple and surprisingly delicious. I sauteed a thinly sliced onion in the butter, but otherwise all the same. Served with a sauteed pork chop and homemade applesauce. "
Reviewed Raisin Challah and Apple Stuffed Pork Loin
"Fantastic. A bit of work but tasty and impressive! I didn't make the sauce completely because I didn't have applesauce and apple cider, but I used the vinegar and it was a good accompaniment. Thank you, Emeril, for the directions on butterflying. Turned out very professional!"
Reviewed Soba Noodles with Edamame and Peanuts
"This was delicious. I was looking for some type of stir fry recipe that didn't use rice, as we'd eaten rice the night before. I had thawed a small pork tenderloin and coated strips of that with corn starch and soy sauce and sauteed them and set then aside, before putting the rest together. I added some more veggies - red pepper, extra carrot, extr""
Reviewed Leek Potato Soup
"My first work with leeks! It received rave reviews. I used 2% milk instead of the cream and it was still delicious. You could really taste the distinction of the white pepper.
Reviewed Easy Beefy Cheesy Enchilada Casserole
"I made this as enchiladas instead of a casserole, still great! Also, if you don't have a packet of Sazon seasoning you can use this recipe: 1/4 tsp Salt,1/4 tsp Garlic Powder,1/4 tsp Cumin, 1/4 tsp Coriander, 1/4 tsp Annatto (use paprika, if you don't have annatto). I put about 3/4 cup of sauce on the bottom of the dish, rolled up 3 TBSP of meat and cheese and some more sauce in each tortilla, covered with the rest of the sauce and cheese, baked 20 minutes!
