My family loves this recipe. I serve it over vegetables and whole grain rice that I make with 1/2 the liquid. I put the vegetables and rice on a baking sheet then place the chicken marsala on top and pour the liquid over. Cover with foil and bake at 250 for 30 minutes. The rice finishes cooking with the marsala sauce. "
