"Wow! Simple, easy and delicious! I loved all the layers of lemon flavor. I used whole wheat pasta and it was great! Make sure you salt it because this dish really needed salt. The small amount of butter really adds a lot of flavor with out much fat. You could always up the olive oil but I think the butter makes a big difference :)"

"Wow! My husband said that this was probably the best salad he has had in years (sniff, I guess all my normal salads are sub par!) I used about three slices of prosciutto cut into inch sized pieces. "I actually didn't fry these ( I was too tired!) I simply mashed the boiled potatoes (used Yukon Gold), added the lemon dressing and some olive oil and whole milk to taste. Delicious intense lemon flavor!"
