Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp Scampi
"Wow! Simple, easy and delicious! I loved all the layers of lemon flavor. I used whole wheat pasta and it was great! Make sure you salt it because this dish really needed salt. The small amount of butter really adds a lot of flavor with out much fat. You could always up the olive oil but I think the butter makes a big difference :)"

" I could live on this ice cream it is sooo good!!!! It is not that sweet so you could make a raspberry sauce to put on top. This would be festive for the holidays and I think it would pair well with the ice cream because it pairs well with avocado cheesecake (which I am also in love with). Reviewed Fried Smashed Potatoes with Lemons
"I actually didn't fry these ( I was too tired!) I simply mashed the boiled potatoes (used Yukon Gold), added the lemon dressing and some olive oil and whole milk to taste. Delicious intense lemon flavor!"
