It is "Queso Fundido with Roasted Poblano Vinaigrette" which you can search for. It is truly outstanding and I wanted people to know that there is an awesome queso recipe"

"This recipe was excellent. I easily found the Szechuan Peppercorns (aka.. Prickly Ash and much different than Black pepper) in a local Chinese market.
