"This is by far my favorite recipe of Giada's! I have made this roughly 4 times with some substitutes. Instead of artichokes I have used spinach. Also the last 2 times I have made it I left out the pancetta in the sauce. Make sure you have a lot of prep time for these! I definitely suggest making the sauce one day ahead. "Very easy and fun dip to try with chips and veggies! The only thing I substituted was regular curry powder because I did not have the Madra's curry powder. The little kick of cayenne was a perfect end note to each bite. It was a hit at my party and I personally couldn't stop munching on it!""

Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"My sister made this recipe for a bunch of guests one night. The only thing she subsituted was potatoes for the fennel. It was the best roast chicken and roast veggies I've had in a long long time. I am going to try out the recipe tonight. Hope mine comes out just a great!""
