Great Autmumn Meal! I am definitely adding this to my repitoire. I used Bone-in split breast, Fabulous. The bone really does add so much moisture. I also skipped the last step, creating the sauce. When the dish comes out of the oven, the sauce is perfect already.""

Good, not Great. I think I am still trying to get a taste for cumin. It was way too overpowering in this dish. I could not taste any of the other ingredients. I would definitely tweek the amount to 1 tblspoon. ""

Very Good Chicken Dinner! I did not roast the garlic, for some reason i was intimidated by that step. I used fresh minced garlic and it still turned out very good. The dish was flavorful, but have to agree with other on how time consuming it became. Although very fun! and Delicious!"
