Reviewed Herb-Marinated Pork Tenderloins
"Very good marinade. I took the meat to145 degrees in the oven and then let it rest for 3-4 mins. I thought that came out perfect. Moist and a tiny bit pink in the thickest part. Any less would have been just too rare for me with pork. I also deglazed the pan with a touch of beef stock and poured that over the pork. It was so so delicious. G""
