Reviewed Swiss Steak

I made this last night for dinner and I think I did something wrong. This was the first time I have ever attemted Swiss Steak and all the coating fell off while it was simmering. So when it was done there were pieces of the flour coating that had once been fried on, all over the bottom of the pan. ""
