Reviewed Red Potato and Tomato Salad

"Great recipe! Different and very tasty as is - It's also quite versatile. I've substituted frozen potato wedges and if I have some soft cheese around (fresh mozz or goat) toss that in as well. It's always very good. "

Reviewed Garbanzo Bean and Olive Tapenade

"I've done a lot of Giada's recipes and with rare exception find them to be excellant. This one is a big exception. First off the appearance is less than appetizing (a cross between black bean puree & liver mush, and the flavor (to me) was that of deviled ham. I served it at a cocktail party and asked for comments, general consensus being that it wasn't horrible, just not "good". I should also note that I prepared the recipe exactly as written. "
