I agree about adding some cilantro, but I wouldn't increase the liquid ratio--notice she adds a total of 2 cups broth / poblano puree combined. In my opinion, some Mexican rice that you get in restaurants is too mushy because they use too much liquid, whereas other Mexicans, as well as most Latinos from Central and South America and the Caribbean"
