"I wanted a treat but ran out of eggs so I tried this. They spread and connected so I used a pizza cutter before they cooled. I didn't use parchment but I didn't have a problem with them sticking. They actually dripped butter when I picked them up. It was more like syrupy sweet, greasy coconut brittle but without the coconut flavor. They tasted goo"
