Reviewed Slamma Jamma Parmigiana

"This chicken was amazing. The panko gave it SUCH a good crunch. I think soaking it in the brine beforehand also really helped with the flavor. My fiance couldn't stop raving about it! I cannot tell a lie, I used sauce from a jar so I can't comment on the sauce recipe but the chicken was incredible. I would imagine it would be very kid-friendly. A great weekday meal!"

Reviewed Parmigiano and Herb Chicken Breast Tenders

"I made this recipe and served it alongside Giada's Gorgonzola and Porcini Mushroom Risotto. Yum! What a great combo! I cooked four large chicken breasts at the times indicated on the recipe and they came out a BIT overdone. Not dry but a little tough. I would cut down on either the oven or frying time next time by a minute or two. But I'd rather have tough chicken than pink chicken. I really loved the breading on top, as did my fiance. Although I did think the recipe called for far too much breading, flour and egg than was actually used. I didn't have any more chicken which was too bad. I would have thrown some extras pieces in there and just kept it on hand for salads and future dinners. I definitely think we'll be making herb chicken again. Tasty!

Reviewed Gorgonzola and Porcini Mushroom Risotto

"So. Good. Creamy, rich and really flavorful. I couldn't find porcini mushrooms in our grocery store so I used creminis instead and they were delish. A little time-consuming but SO worth the effort!

Reviewed Chili Beef Stir-Fry with Scallions and Snow Peas

"Very good! But be careful with that chili garlic sauce! I added the suggested two tablespoons and it was SPICY! Luckily, my fiance and I like things spicy but my mother wouldn't have been able to eat it.

But the rest was quite delicious. I served it with rice and it made for a great dinner.

Reviewed Brownie Tart

"Hello delicious chocolatey goodness. You were so easy to make and SO EASY to devour. I didn't have instant coffee so I left that out and it still tasted fabulous. Eaten with a Three Buck Chuck merlot from Trader Joe's. Heavenly!

Reviewed Blackened Salmon with Blue Cheese Sauce

"I made this last night along with Ina Garten's roasted asparagus. What a hit! A great weekday meal that was ready in minutes. I found it a tad salty but I know that's the risk you run with blackened food. Will definitely be making this again ...

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus

"What a great, easy recipe! I took the advice of mcdisney2001 and added a little garlic. Incredible. I had thin asparagus and the 15 minutes were perfect. I served it with blackened salmon with bleu cheese sauce and a side salad with lemon vinaigrette. A great weekday meal that took minutes!
