I think a lot of people are getting confused by this: 1 orange, zest removed in 3 (1-inch) strips

Sounds like some people used the entire orange, when I am pretty sure the intent was only for 3 one-inch strips. Also, a full bottle of wine?!? Yeah, too much. Cut in half!

Great flavor and love this recipe. Three minor changes though: no cheese, add 1 tsp of cumin and add a can of corn which is a perfect compliment to the soup (plus next time I think I'll add 2 cans of black beans and reduce the lime to 1 instead of 2). Serve with flour tortillas on the side and you have a great meal! "

Great recipe but Guy needs to brush up on his math! Turn 90 degrees, not 180 for a crisscross pattern!

Love this recipe. It's definitely a hit, but I do make two modifications. I cook them at 275 for 2 hours in the oven then set my grill up for indirect heat and cook on low for another hour. And instead of the spices in the recipe, I use a rib rub. Best ribs you can make without a smoker! "
