Reviewed Chicken Chili

I made this for my husband and I, and I did modify the recipe a little. I put zucchini, doubled the spices except the salt, and I let it simmer a lot longer than it called for, which made it even more thick and flavorful. My husband is a beef lover and even he loved it just as much as regular chili! I will be keeping this recipe for sure!"
