"This was my first ever roast chicken and I'm so pleased with the results. I brined my chicken overnight and I think that helped to make it even juicier. The glaze was delicious and I wouldn't change a thing. For the sweet potatoes I ended up just mixing in the pan drippings (no butter, cream, or syrup) and it was quite tasty."
