Reviewed Chicken Tortilla Soup

Soup was delicous. Only change I made is that since we don't like green or red peppers I used carrot, onion and celery, also adding 1 can of corn and 1 can black beans instead of 2 cans. Then after adding all ingredients except chicken and used my emersion blender to make it a bit more thick and creamy, leaving it somewhat chunky. "

Wahoooooo!!!! Great dessert for a dinner party. Added Bailey's Irish Creme as previous reviewer suggested, about 1 - 2 oz. Everyone at the table joked at wanting to lick their dish clean!"

GLUTEN FREE OPTION - After recently being diagnosed with gluten sensitivity I've been making changes to adapt recipes for me and my family. I used Gluten Free Panko instead of crackers in the mixture and coated each cake in the same panko. Yummy!!!"

Reviewed Wild Mushroom Risotto

YUMMMMMM! My husband loved this recipe and said that it rivaled the risotto we made at a cooking class while in Italy!
It makes a ton so this is enough for a main course. I used porchini mushrooms and they were very flavorful."
